2. WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?
US & Canada Orders:
Most orders ship from our US facilities via USPS, FedEx, or Canada Post for fast delivery.
International Orders (UK, EU, Australia & more):
We work with global fulfillment partners to ship from the nearest facility to you—so you get your GILTPINKTEE goodies faster, with no surprise customs delays!

6. MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET - WHAT NOW?

- ✓ International: Additional 1-2 weeks

7. WHY CAN'T I SEE MY TRACKING UPDATES?

- ✓ Weekend lag: Carriers typically don't scan on Saturdays/Sundays

Still Not Working?
If it's been:

- → OR 21+ days since ordering

8. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
