At Gilt Pink Tee, we're committed to delivering your favorite designs to your doorstep as efficiently and transparently as possible. Every item is made-to-order with care, ensuring quality and sustainability.

Please review this policy carefully as it outlines important information about production times, shipping estimates, and delivery procedures.

SECTION 1 - PRODUCTION TIME

All of our products are printed and fulfilled on demand. Please allow 2–7 business days for your item to be printed and prepared before shipment. Production time may vary depending on the item type and order volume.

During peak seasons or holidays, additional processing time may be required. You will receive email notifications at each stage of the production process.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Shipping times vary by destination. Once your order has been shipped, typical delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 2 - 5 business days
  • Canada: 10 - 30 business days
  • UK: 10 - 30 business days
  • Australia: 10 - 30 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays beyond our control.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, the number of items ordered, and the shipping method selected. We strive to keep shipping costs reasonable while ensuring reliable delivery.

All prices shown are in USD and do not include potential customs fees or import taxes for international orders, which are the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 4 - ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after receiving your shipping confirmation.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

While we ship worldwide, some regions may be excluded due to logistical limitations or international restrictions. If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently support delivery to that destination.

We reserve the right to cancel orders shipping to addresses we cannot service and will provide a full refund in such cases.

SECTION 6 - DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Gilt Pink Tee is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SECTION 7 - ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for delivery issues.

Re-shipping due to address errors will require payment of additional shipping fees. We cannot modify shipping addresses after an order has entered production.
